Thank you for taking the time to read and understand our policies, all of our policies are in place to help all of our clients have the best experience possible. Our hope is that your visit to our salon is a positive, peaceful, and welcoming experience. We look forward to serving you.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things come up, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Your courtesy allows our stylists to offer your appointment time to another guest and maintain their schedule and income. Thank you for your consideration.

LATE POLICY

We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If time permits, we can attempt to complete your service by offering a dry haircut or skipping the blowout style. Please note that if you are unable to attend your appointment a cancellation fee will apply.​​

​Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in a cancellation, late fee, or inability to complete all requested services. In order for your appointment to run smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Missed appointments will be charged the service total. Your time is very important to us, as is ours, please understand that without notice we are unable to fill your spot which is loss of income and time we cannot get back.

CHILDREN POLICY

Due to liability reasons, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the salon unless they are receiving a service. Safety is our top priority, the nature of our business is to maintain a calm, safe, and peaceful environment for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

We are committed to ensuring you leave feeling beautiful. If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments, with your original stylist, at no additional charge to you. Your experience matters to us. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and are dedicated to ensuring you feel truly cared for.

Please note: Junior Stylists are still perfecting their craft and may require additional time to complete services. Their lower service rates reflect their developing experience and ongoing training. Your support and kindness makes a meaningful impact in their growth. Thank you!

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Transparency is very important to us. All service prices are listed online on our  booking system and our website. Over time, prices may increase as our stylists grow in experience, continue their education, and as the cost of professional products and business operations rise.

Communication is equally important — we will always honor your previous price while notifying you of any future adjustments. Thank you for your continued support of our small business and the ongoing growth of our talented stylists.​
